Tell us the funder and the deadline. We'll take it from there.

The fastest way to start is a short brief — who you'd apply to and when it's due. We read it the same day and reply within one business day, plainly, on whether we can help and what your package would cost.

By appointment, in person or remote

Most of our work happens by call, email and shared documents, so distance is never an issue — we partner with nonprofits and research teams wherever they're based. If you'd rather meet in person, schedule ahead and we'll set a time.

Drop us a line first so the right person is ready for you. Walk-ins can't be guaranteed a meeting, but we'll always answer the phone during open hours.

Before you write

Quick answers to what most people ask first

How fast can you reply?

Within one business day of any call, email or form — usually sooner. If your deadline is inside two weeks, phone us so we can triage it on the spot.

What should I include in the brief?

The funder or solicitation, the due date, and a sentence or two on the project. A link to the RFP or announcement helps us scope accurately and quote you a flat package.

How much will it cost?

We price the whole submission package, not the hour. An Opportunity Scan is $450, a Foundation Package is $1,200, and federal submissions are scoped from $3,500. You'll get the number before any work begins.

Is the first call really free?

Yes — the first call is no-obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit and, if a grant isn't worth your time, we'll say so rather than take the work.

Do you work with teams outside Florida?

We do. Most of our collaboration is remote, so we partner with nonprofits and research teams across the country regardless of where you're based.

Can you take on a deadline that's already close?

Sometimes. Call us with the date and the scope and we'll be straight about whether we can produce a strong, compliant submission in the time left.
